General
We require a 30% deposit upon booking to confirm your appointment. This helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensures our stylists are prepared for your visit. The deposit will be deducted from your total bill at the end of your service. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment time or receive a refund. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy allows us to maintain a high standard of service and availability for all our clients.
