What is your cancellation and deposit policy?We require a 30% deposit upon booking to confirm your appointment. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensures that our stylists are available and prepared for your visit. The deposit will be deducted from your total bill at the end of your service. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment time or receive a refund. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy allows us to maintain a high standard of service and availability for all our clients.

What happens if I arrive late?We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointments. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on availability. If rescheduling is necessary due to late arrival, a 2% rescheduling fee from your total bill may apply.
