That passion opened the doors to the elegant Logunova Beauty Salon, co-created with Gigi, an exceptionally successful businesswoman known for transforming ideas into thriving, high-level operations. Together, they built more than a salon—they built an experience.

Polina personally oversees the artistic and beauty experience, ensuring each guest is pampered in luxury while receiving expert guidance to create a look perfectly suited to their lifestyle. With over sixteen years of experience in hair beauty, Polina earned recognition as the "Queen of Blondes." She was also named "Number One Stylist" and became the only professional to perform permanent, safe silk hair straightening—known as "Silk Hair Transformation"—in her native Ukraine.

Her journey led her through the world's finest hairdressing schools and one-on-one mentorships with elite masters. Polina served as an ambassador for two American global cosmetic brands and conducted professional trainings across Ukraine. Alongside her work as a TV presenter, film star, and entrepreneur, she was twice honored as Ukrainian "Woman of the Year."

Yet Polina's true calling has always been people. Her warmth and genuine belief in the transformative power of a great salon visit drive her to personally test every treatment before offering it to clients. Gigi brings the foundation that allows this vision to flourish. Renowned for her expertise in startups, she specializes in building businesses from the ground up—guiding them to the precise level of structure, clarity, and excellence needed to operate successfully. But beneath that strategic mastery lies her true purpose.
